I asked Lansalot for a quote to wifi enable my son's PC. Satisfied with the amount, I booked the job in. Having arranged a mutually convenient time, Jon from Lansalot arrived when he said he would arrive - I wasn't kept hanging around all morning - which makes a pleasant change nowadays. While he was here, I asked him about a couple of other jobs that needed doing, and he happily undertook them for me at the time. We were chatting about broadband speeds and I explained to him the catalogue of problems I had been having with my broadband connection. I showed him speedtests and he found it remarkable that BT could not find a fault when my 2.2MB service dropped to 0.1MB. He asked me a couple of questions and within seconds was able to determine my extension socket was causing the problems - something BT had failed to diagnose! One disconnected wire later and I was connecting at 1.9MB. I cannot recommend Lansalot enough for efficiency, quality and value of service!
